Rating: 4 out of 5 Stars. Cel just doesn't get it. She's known as being the best assassin, yet can't even gauge when people are lying to her. Yet again, she's fallen for her Master's ploys and unwillingly does his bidding in taking a job that's not all it seems.
Just when things look bleak, it's apparent Sam is always by her side, saving her skin. Can Cel please wise up? Jeez, it's just downright improbable that someone can be so gullible.
Still, I enjoyed the end with Cel and Sam finally getting together, though from the summaries of the upcoming books, I know their happiness will be short lived. :(
